XG Exhibit Management
Charity is the owner of XG Exhibit Management, a division of Experience Gallery, LLC. She has extensive experience developing exhibitions featuring licensed properties and foreign artifact loans. Her past projects have been designed for family audiences through alignment with popular brands like Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and LEGO toys as well as through the development of partnerships with international entities such as the Shaanxi Cultural Heritage Promotion Center, caretakers of China’s famous terracotta warriors. Charity also serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Midwest Museums, where she manages daily operations and all major professional development projects and fieldwide initiatives.
Charity’s success in the cultural sector is due in large part to her dedication to people and culture. Her goal is to not only provide support as a consultant to cultural organizations, but to build their capacity to advance their missions. She centers audiences in experience planning, through mindful audience and market research, and sets staff and leadership of museums up for success through training and the development of operations processes and policies. She is considered a leader in the industry with a vast network.
